If you don’t know about TED already, it’s my favorite site. It is one of the most informative and inspirational places to visit on the net and this video will give you a glimpse into how, with Jamie Oliver speaking for his first time at a TED conference on the ignorance we have on food and our diets.

The TED Prize is awarded annually to an exceptional individual who receives $100,000 and, much more important, “One Wish to Change the World.” Designed to leverage the TED community’s exceptional array of talent and resources, the Prize leads to collaborative initiatives with far-reaching impact.
